Security Control

From time to time, card maybe stolen or lost by users or it may need to be cancelled or deactivated before it can be replaces. In order to ensure higher security control, ‘Blacklist’ function which keeps all suspended card numbers in the database for card checking when the card is used for payment. Everytime when payment is made, it will check against this file to make sure the card is valid.

Membership Details

Smart Pay has a significant function to manage members’ profiles for tracking behavioral traits of your guests, including their usual spending, preference on food and beverage and visit frequency. Members profile can also be shared across different outlets as the basic members’ details would be stored on the card.
